Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trading Sonar, a crypto market intelligence suite operated by Trading Sonar Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing to paid plans, or accessing any dashboard, automation, or API provided by Trading Sonar (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

Trading Sonar offers a range of analytics modules including liquidation tracking, price movement monitors, smart alert workflows, portfolio insights, and institutional-grade strategy backtesting. We continuously improve the Services and may update these Terms to reflect changes. We will notify you of material updates via email or in-product alerts.

Account Eligibility & Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for providing accurate registration details and keeping your credentials secure.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Each subscription seat is assigned to a single named user unless otherwise agreed.
• Trading Sonar may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, suspicious activity, or breaches of these Terms without prior notice.

Platform Usage & Conduct

When accessing the Services, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful trading or analytical purposes and comply with applicable regulations.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or otherwise interfere with the platform infrastructure.
• Respect our API rate limits and automation capacity. Excessive usage that impacts platform stability may result in throttling or suspension.
• Refrain from using Trading Sonar data to manipulate markets, provide financial advice without proper licensing, or violate exchange terms.

Subscription Plans & Billing

• Trading Sonar offers Free, Plus, and Institutional subscription tiers with varying feature access.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as specified on the pricing page. All fees are non-refundable.
• Taxes, currency conversion fees, and transaction charges are your responsibility.
• Downgrading may reduce functionality immediately; no credits are issued unless required by law.
• If a payment attempt fails, we will retry for up to 14 days before suspending the account.

Intellectual Property

Trading Sonar, including all dashboards, data visualizations, algorithms, and underlying code, is owned by Trading Sonar Technologies. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal or business trading analysis. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services without our explicit consent.

You retain ownership of any strategies, notes, or content you input into the platform. By submitting feedback, you grant us a royalty-free license to use it for improving the Services.

Market Data & Third-Party Integrations

Trading Sonar ingests pricing, derivatives, and on-chain feeds from third-party providers. We do not warrant the accuracy or timeliness of external data. Use discretion when acting on insights derived from the platform.

If you connect exchange credentials or wallet addresses, you authorize Trading Sonar to access and process the data required to deliver Services. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party integrations you enable.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Trading Sonar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Market conditions are volatile, and no platform can guarantee uninterrupted service or profitable trading outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Trading Sonar and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if informed of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trading Sonar, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing notice. You may close your account at any time via the settings panel or by contacting support. Trading Sonar may terminate or suspend access immediately for breach, legal restrictions, or security concerns. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, but obligations related to payment, indemnity, and intellectual property survive.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in London, UK, conducted in English, unless the claim qualifies for small claims court.

Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect new features, regulatory requirements, or operational needs. Revised Terms become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
